Nutritional Therapy is based on the assessment of a detailed questionnaire, completed and returned in advance of the consultation, which provides the basis for a thorough determination of a clients’ health status during the consultation. Together these provide the information needed to understand which physiological systems are likely to be out of balance and to explain how to support those tissues by changing the foods selected for the diet and supplementing this with additional nutrients if appropriate.  There will also be advice relating to lifestyle factors that support these nutritional recommendations. The therapist will write to the client after the appointment to confirm and provide additional information about the issues discussed during the consultation, highlighting specific nutritional strategies that may be helpful. This service costs £85 and includes: initial questionnaire assessment. 90 minute consultation, in person or over the telephone. detailed report with diet and supplement recommendations.
